Issues:

1. Vendor 1 calendar server will send duplicate update when organizer receives responses. i.e. the server considers the meeting is changed when responses are received.

2. The cancellation for single occurrence in a series has the wrong date value (always points to the first occurrence of the series) in the “When” field and Body text. The iCalendar actually has the correct value and it can remove the correct occurrence from calendar.
